When you practise gratitude, it can help you see things differently.

When we practise gratitude we can shift our focus from what we don’t yet have to what we already have.

One incredible benefit that I have personally experienced from practising gratitude is that it truly helps me make the most of the now.

For example, instead of waiting until I have x, y, z to be happy, to go travelling, or go to that event etc,

I do the thing that I want to do now.

Gratitude reminds me that life is happening now and there is so much goodness

and reasons to be grateful in my life already.

It reminds me to not hold off on being happy for a future moment that isn’t here yet.
