I have personally used these free YouTube workout channels and I’m so grateful to share them. I like to change up my workouts between focused exercises, yoga, pilates, and of course dancing!

Boho Beautiful– yoga, guided meditation and pilates
Boho Beautiful For yoga, meditation and pilates. I actually first started practising yoga through the Boho Beautiful YouTube channel. I still love her videos to this day. She and her partner have stayed so consistent in uploads and in quality.

MadFit For real-time, at-home focused workouts. Maddie was one of the first YouTubers I watched when I was first starting to get into YouTube.

Growingannanas– full length workout videos, HIIT and strength workouts
Growingannanas I only just recently found this channel, but I find her workouts fun, challenging enough and easy to follow through to the end. Also, if you watch her YouTube shorts, she has a very balanced mindset when it comes to fitness and well-being.

Thank u for this post. I would like to start yoga but what was putting me off was that I needed 30 mins or more but some of Ur u tube classes are only 10 mins. So amazing
