Warm Weather
If you’re chasing warmer weather, you are going to want to book your flight to Vietnam. The weather is generally warm all year round in Da Nang. However, it does have two distinct seasons. The wet season is from September until December, and the dry season is from March until August. Keep this in mind when booking your trip.

There is a digital nomad community here, however, it’s not as rich as Bali. If you are looking for more, Bali and other digital nomad destinations are a better decision.
What visa do you need for Vietnam?
To stay in Vietnam, you’ll need a Vietnam E-visa. The Vietnam E-visa valid for maximum of 90 days, single or multiple entry.
Tip! Certain nationalities are exempt from needing a Visa to enter Vietnam. These specific nationalities can stay in the country for 14 to 45 days (depending on nationality) without having to apply for a visa. Not sure if you need a visa to enter Vietnam? Note:If you do need a visa, you’ll want to apply for your visa one month in advance to ensure it is approved before you arrive in Vietnam.

Son Tra is also an amazing spot to be based as a digital nomad in Da Nang, Vietnam. Close to the beach and a neighboring district to My An, you have access to all the necessities just it’s more quiet.
I stayed in the Son Tra district during my time in Da Nang—just a short walk or scooter ride away from the vibrant gyms, cafes, and coworking spots in My An.
